EWH Summer Program begins (June 11)

ALL STUDENTS ARRIVE at either Tanzania (TZ) or Costa Rica (CR)
Shuttle from Kilimanjaro International Airport at about 10PM
Two shuttles (afternoon and evening) from San Jose, CR

Costa Rica / Tanzania (June 12 – July 11)
Typical Schedule:
     8:00 - 12:00    Language Training Swahili/Spanish
     12:00 - 1:00    Lunch break
     1:00 - 2:00    Lecture: Introduction to Medical Instruments and Measurements
     2:00 - 5:00    Laboratory: Working in Developing World Hospitals

Host Country/Host Hospital (July 12 – August 8)

July 12 Travel to host country
July 14 – August 8 Work in host hospital
- 8:00 - 5:00 or as determined by your situation

EWH North American Conference or EWH Africa Conference (August 9 – August 10)

Travel to Conference (location to be determined by EWH)
Power Point Presentations, Posters and Sessions

EWH Summer Experience ends (August 10)

3:00PM Shuttles from Conference to airport in San Jose or Kilimanjaro International Airport
